Shipping Policy

  • Order Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 8–12 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    We partner with reputable courier services like USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx to ensure timely delivery. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

     

    - Standard Shipping: 3 – 7 business days

    - Expedited Shipping: 2 – 4 business days

     

    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping Costs

    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

    - Package weight & dimensions

    - Delivery destination

    - Selected shipping priority / speed

     

    Note: “Free shipping” may automatically apply for orders exceeding a specified amount (if applicable)

  • International Shipping

    We ship worldwide unless restricted by law. Customers are responsible for:

    - Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (where applicable).

    - Providing accurate recipient shipping address / details (incorrect addresses may lead to delays, returns and package being lost during the transit).

     

    Note: International shipments may be subject to additional transit time and customs inspections, which are beyond our control

  • Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information / number via email. Use this to monitor your shipment’s status through the carrier’s website.

  • Shipping Address Accuracy

    As also stated above, ensure your shipping address is correct and complete during checkout. We are not liable for:

    - Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

    - Additional fees for address corrections or rerouting.

     

    If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable shipping address or similar issues, the customer must cover reshipping costs.

  • Delays Beyond Our Control

    We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    - Carrier disruptions (weather, strikes, etc.).

    - Customs hold-ups.

    - Incorrect/incomplete address provided during checkout.

    8. Lost or Stolen Packages

    If a package is marked as "delivered" but not received:

    - Contact your local post office or carrier first.

    - Report the issue to us within 48 hours for further investigation.

     

    Note: We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery.

  • Order Changes & Cancellations

    To modify or cancel an order, contact us immediately after purchase. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed for shipping, which means any change can be requested within 48 hours.
